WhatsApp for software: one API, signed webhooks, no surprises.

WazVox is a WhatsApp Business API platform for developers, platforms, and AI agents: send, receive, and automate messages through a REST API with signed webhooks. We built it from scratch, maintain it today, and it is the messaging layer under our other products.

The problem

Every product we build for small businesses ends up needing WhatsApp: reminders, enquiries, follow-ups, alerts. Wiring the official WhatsApp Business API into each one separately means repeating the same work: number onboarding, templates, the 24-hour reply window, webhook security, retries, and delivery status.

We built that once, properly, as a platform, and then built DueTick, Zenkoo, and NoClutterCRM on top of it.

What we built
  1. REST API — send text, template, and media messages, and manage conversations, from any language or platform.
  2. Signed webhooks — inbound messages and delivery events delivered to your endpoint with a signature you can verify, with retries when your side is down.
  3. Number management — connect business numbers on the official API, handle templates and the reply window, keep status visible.
  4. Inbox, broadcasts, and templates — a console for the humans too: a shared inbox per number, broadcast campaigns to consented contacts using approved templates, and template management with WhatsApp approval built in.
  5. Built for automation and AI agents — the same interface our own AI agents use to reply on WhatsApp, available to yours.
What it changed

Adding WhatsApp to a new product is now a day’s work instead of a project. For clients, it means a WhatsApp reminder, alert, or AI reply can be added to the software they already have without a rebuild.

WazVox is live and maintained by us, and carries the messaging for our other products every day.
